Returns & Exchanges

At MAMAZING, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
